Cool. How do I set up Volument?
It’s pretty straightforward. After the signup, you’ll get a small JavaScript snippet that you place on your site’s HTML source code. When the code is in place, you’ll start getting website traffic data in real time.
Are you privacy-friendly?
Volument allows for full compliance with GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, CCPA, and PECR.
What is the pricing logic?
We look at monthly pageviews per website. For example, the Pro plan for a single website with 50k pageviews per month costs 9 euros per month.
What happens if my business grows and I exceed my monthly pageview limit?
We’ll give you a gentle nudge and inform you that you should upgrade your plan. You don’t need to worry about unexpected costs.
What happens if I exceed the free limit (10k)?
We automatically upgrade your account to our Pro plan with a 30-day free trial and notify you by email.
What happens at the end of the trial?
We’ll notify you by email when the trial is about to end. The service continues to work if you have given your credit card. Otherwise, the service is eventually stopped.
Do you have a plan for agencies?

Can I pay annually?
Yes, you can. If you pay annually, you get two months for free.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. Just hit the cancel button on your account. There are no additional charges or penalties.

Yes. We use multiple backups on varying physical locations, SSL, server hardening, strong hashing, and automatic security patching.
